What is a typical project timeline?

Timelines depend on scope. Typical ranges: a rapid diagnostic (Diagnose) can take 4–6 weeks; co-design (Design) 4–8 weeks; implementation (Deliver) commonly 3–12 months depending on scale; and Drive (sustained monitoring) runs as an ongoing program with bi-annual reviews.

How do you measure and govern success?

We define clear success metrics up front (an Impact Charter), track them via dashboards and scorecards, and run regular reviews. KPIs include client satisfaction, success rate, utilization and financial implications.

How do you handle confidentiality and client data?

We treat client data and IP with strict confidentiality: NDAs are standard, we enforce secure data handling and access controls, and apply governance protocols for analytics work. For outcome-measured engagements we agree on measurement methods and baselines up front to ensure transparency.
